2023 - 2024 学年注册须知
请注意: 新学期注册于本通知颁布之日起开通（2023年5月14日）。
您务必在完成网上注册后, 并完成通过PayPal在线付款后才注册成功。秋季需注册一年, 春季可注册一学期（仅限于春季开通注册的课程）。
1. 学费
中文课
· 《标准中文》＄470 全年，＄280半年，教材费＄25
· 《马立平教材》＄470 全年，＄280 半年，教材费 ＄80
· CSL $470全年，$280 半年，教材费$60
· AP $470 全年，无半学年课程，教材费$80
文化课
$260－$430 全年，或$160－$280 半年，详情请见课程表。
春季注册时只能注册春季学期，不能跨学年注册，不能享受全年注册学费优惠。
2. 注册费和迟注册费
2023年6月30日之前免注册费。注册费为每人每次＄20（小孩和成人课相同，同一次注册每家不超过$50）。第一次注册已经办理之后，再加注课程将视为再次注册，需另付注册费。
8 月13日之后网上注册及付费因影响学校课程安排，将收＄30 迟注册费。若开学之后(9月10日) 网上注册及付费，迟注册费为＄50。开学后到办公室手工注册，将另收＄30 人工费。
3. 学校管理费
每家每年＄25，半年＄15，没有子女在校的成人学生免交此费。
4. 家长值班押金
每家庭每学期＄60。若没有按时参加值日，该押金不再退还。下学期注册时须补交＄60 押金。没有子女在校的成人学生免交此费。若按时参加值日，小孩退学时可下载申请表退还值班押金。详情见家长值班细则。
5. 换课
相同年级中文班之间不予换班。
开学后前二周内可免费换课一次，之后每次换课收费＄10。开学第三周起不再换课。
注册一年的学生换课后如果秋春两课不同, 这两课将均按学期收费, 不能享受全年学费优惠。
6. 退课
办理退课须持注册收据。开学第二周下课前办理退课，可退100％学费。开学第三周起不再办理该学期退课，只能办理半学年（春季学期）退课。注册者不能退全年学费。注册费，管理费和教材费一律恕不退还。
退课后如果涉及没有子女在校课程的情况，可退还学校管理费。
注册一年的学生在春季退课时，不能享受全年注册学费优惠，退得的学费将为所交学费减去一学期的学费（例如，全年学费＄470－半年学费＄280＝＄190，而不是全年学费的一半＄235）。
7. 注册家庭推荐奖励计划
为鼓励新老家庭积极注册课程，2023-2024学年华夏爱迪生中文学校继续施行注册家庭推荐奖励计划。
作为已经注册家庭，只要介绍推荐一个新家庭*注册，您和注册家庭将各获得$25 school credit作为推荐奖励。
*新家庭定义
· 没有家庭成员在2022-2023学年注册课程
· 至少一位家庭成员在2023-2024学年注册一年中文课程
· 介绍人家庭需要在2023-2024学年注册一门课程（中文文体不限）
介绍家庭和被介绍注册家庭需在开学第三周和第四周同时到学校办公室（102）登记，在核实注册后，school credit将在四周内返到注册系统中。

3. Liability Wavier
In consideration of the activities at the Edison High School, 50 Blvd of the Eagles Edison, NJ, sponsored by Huaxia Edison Chinese School, a nonprofit organization, it is understood and agreed that said School or its officials, teachers or volunteers will not be held responsible for any injury or accident sustained by the member of our party, or for the loss of or to any property belonging to a member of our party or anyone else.
4. Photo and video release
In the course of conducting school activities, the school will be seeking media coverage and involvement that may include Web Site text, images, audios and videos, and possibly Newspapers, Television and social medias. The signature below indicates our consent that the audio, video, photo, name, and school work of the member of our party may be included in the media as noted above.
